SO, on saturday evening we ditched the last {general conference} (don't worry, we recorded it.) and made our way down to D.C. for the FREE {they might be giants} concert. it was at the {kennedy center} which in itself is pretty cool yet it was held in one of the most awkward spots... the lobby. really. a LONG narrow lobby. why, i ask! why? luckily for us, we arrived nearly two hours early and scored a prime spot in the front. the concert was awesome of course but the girls were not to happy with me making them wear huge {ear protection muffs} to avoid them going deaf. whatever. we met up with great friends and had a marvelous time. i love concerts and i love that we take our kids to concerts. did you miss it? don't worry, you can watch it {HERE}. michelle and elise can kinda be seen in some of the footage down in the corner. enjoy, we sure did!
