as i was driving michelle home from school today, i noticed one of the trees by our house had lost ALL the leaves off it's branches and they were scattered all underneath the tree. i said to michelle "look how beautiful michelle, the tree is completely bare."
michelle's response? "OH NO! THE LEAVES ALL FELL DOWN! HOW ARE WE GOING TO GET THEM BACK ON?"
i responded that they are supposed to fall off in autumn time.
she sadly said "sorry tree, there is no one who can help you."
i love my little girl.
