SO, every year i ask the mister what he would like for his birthday sweet. and every year he gives me a challenge. one year he wanted a pie that was like a mounds bar. another year he had me make a chocolate cake that i put chocolate chips in the batter. it didn't set up really well, but i still frosted it with chocolate frosting, mini snickers bars around the edge and cashews and caramel sauce over the top. (that one was disgustingly good) this year the mister wanted a reese's peanut butter cup in the form of a pie. i ended up using a graham cracker crust with fudge pudding and then i whipped heavy cream in the mixer with some peanut butter and put that on top. then of course that wasn't enough so i put reese's peanut butter cups around the edges. yuck. this one i think was the worst. it was good but man you had to have the smallest slice to not make yourself sick. i can only imagine what next year will be....

this year's monstrosity...
