i think this might be why i'm so tired....

SO, i spent the weekend canning food. who knew that pressure canning could be so complicated? it became almost like a science project. i don't know what i've gotten myself into. but i had to post pictures of all my dang hard work....

this better work out. i'm not one who deals well with having to throw away rotting food. well see....
