this mother's day...

SO, the prospect of a great mother's day looked bright. alas, it was not to be so. sigh. oh well. but i did score some nice pictures, a necklace that i would never ever EVER think to buy, a fabulous cake and some wild flowers. it could have been worse. no one could have said anything at. all.

michelle had to fill out a survey at school about her mom. this is what she wrote.

what does she do while you are at preschool? she goes to the grocery store, works on the computer every night and every day! {you'd think that would make me feel guilty. nope.}

how old is your mom? 15 {nice.}

what are her favorite colors? purple and pink {i HATE the colors purple & pink.}

what is her favorite food? EVERYTHING {she's almost right.}

how many brothers and sisters does she have? 2 brothers, 1 sister which is my sister! {uh, how does that work?}

what does daddy call mommy? jane

what is her favorite movie? animal movies {WHAT?}

what does she like to do for FUN? she likes to play with me! {hahahahahahahahaha!}

what do you want to do for her for mother's day? we're going to make a card for her and a birthday cake and get balloons! {well, they did make a card, a mother's day cake and scratch the balloons.}
