SO, i have another sorbet recipe for you. it's similar to the strawberry one. here it goes...
tropical mango sorbet*
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 cups mango with juice
just shy of 2 cups coconut milk**
put the sugar and water in a pot and bring to a boil. boil for 3 minutes. remove, cool completely.
place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
put in an ice cream machine or simply place in a freezer safe container until set. remove from freezer 5-10 minutes before serving for easy scooping. enjoy enjoy enjoy!

** if you don't like coconut you can use greek or regular yogurt. or you can use nothing but the mango and sugar water if you just want a pure mango taste.
