my little buddy...

SO, wesley and i have been having all sorts of adventures together. because he is permanently attached to my hip, we get into all sorts of shenanigans.  i do confess that it is rough to have someone constantly following you to the bathroom, the shower, the kitchen, around your work, and pretty much every where else you can think of, all while talking non-stop. he can also throw a mother of a melt down and seems to become the devil on certain days.  but it makes it easier when he is so freaking cute and says the most hilarious things.
things like:
i apparently i have special eyes.  anytime i can't find something he always tells me that i can find it with my "special eyes".

or if i forget something at home, he is always willing to grab his cape and fly home to get it for me.  but for some reason he can't fly back.  he has to take the bus (of all things) back to the car.  um.  okay.

he is always showing me how strong he is.  he is VERY proud of that.

and the endless knock knock jokes.  those just... well those DO get old.  real quick.

and he has an imaginary horse named peto.  he seems to follow us everywhere.  sometimes we have to talk to it (or neigh)  and if i'm driving too fast, i must slow down because peto can't run that fast.  hmmm.

he's obsessed with the lobsters in the grocery store.  he must see them every time we go.  i love that when it's time to leave he says "bye lobsters!  hope you don't die today!"  and i, in no way told him to say that.  he thought of that all on his own. pretty rad.

he has a guitar that he loves to play.  he head bangs to the music and then screams "ROCK AND ROLL!!!!!"  so funny.

he's very encouraging.  he always says that i'm doing a great job when i'm mopping, or cleaning something.  and when i suggest something to him, he replies "good idea!"

oh, and the best is when he comes up to me and says he thinks i'm cute and that he loves me. (followed by a big hug and kiss)
