coconut water!
SO, in my continuing search for healthy foods, i found an amazing super food in coconut water. i can't understand why more people don't know about this stuff. here are some facts about this incredible beverage...
"It's a natural isotonic beverage, with the same level of electrolytic balance as we have in our blood. It's the fluid of life, so to speak."
