SO, it seems that the mothership has landed in my kitchen. when i ordered the pressure cooker for my canning i guess i didn't understand the magnitude of
23 QUARTS. holy crap is it large. i mean look at the
STOCK pot that is sitting next to it. it looks like a sad little dwarf. i have no idea where i'm going to be able to keep this thing. at least i'll be able to do a load of processing jars all at once. one the other hand, look at this lovely little nugget....
a mini scone pan! it's it fantastic? i'm excited to crank out commercial looking vanilla scones now. for those of you that have asked, i promise the next post i do will be the vanilla scone recipe. and yes, if you would have asked me 12 years ago if i would be ever so excited over kitchenware i truly would have laughed you out the door and probably down the street!
