SO, this book is so fun. it takes a lot for me to really like a book, but this one is just so clever and charming. the reading is quick and the story enthralling. i enjoyed the character Mma Ramotswe, she is truly heroic in her ways yet remains completely human. it made me feel proud of my simplistic life (or strive, really) and made me appreciate the African culture. not to mention a new found love and enjoyment of red bush tea! (you should try it, it's a herbal tea-caffeine free and health benefits more than green tea) i can not wait to read the next book in the series. lucky for me, i have it ready and waiting! i love the library.

book review
