babies!!!

SO, quite a few ladies i know are having babies. i just LOVE it. babies i love, it's when they start to walk and talk that i find everything goes down hill. but anyway, i threw a baby shower a few weeks back for a cute lady in my ward. this is her first pregnancy and it's so fun to see the first-time mom be so excited and nervous for this new adventure she is about to embark on.

we had a nice turn out, yummy healthy food and the most amazing cake that a woman in our ward did for us. it was delicious and i seriously could have o.d.'ed on it. i really hope that it was a memorable party and that she got some things that will help her for that sweet little girl that will be joining the family soon!

apparently the lady we gave the party for
was nervous around "old" people.
which in her terms meant people over thirty.
hm. gee, thanks.
we were limited on who we could invite, but i think we did well.
